The ST6000 is a thermal welding machine (6 m useful welding in two steps) built to weld a 50 mm fiberglass tape pocket on a mosquito net, blackout or other similar materials for the application of the handle bar.

For the production of nets for the KIT (6 m), in addition to the webbing it is also possible to insert the fixing cord and it is possible to insert the handle bar each time that at the end of the cycle will be extracted together with the net.

On request, it is possible to adapt the simultaneous insertion of the box as well.

In this way, at the end of the cycle there will be no other steps to be carried out.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, via a comfortable touch-screen panel, the few data necessary for processing.

The welding machine can also be used for the production of customized mosquito nets.

Despite the size and the amount of work that this welding machine can carry out, the electrical consumption remains low (only 2 kw).

Being a resistance welding, the machine does not require major maintenance and is inexpensive to maintain.

The TR6000 is the most suitable bench to perform the first operations for the production of cutting mosquito nets.

In fact, at the end of the cycle we will have the net cut and wrapped on the tube.

To complete the bar production cycle, the 6 m ST6000 thermal welding machine can be placed next to the bench

which welds the pocket for the handle bar by directly inserting the webbing, lanyard, handle bar and box.

It is possible to work with programmed or single continuous cutting.

To reduce production times and workstations as much as possible, it is possible to install the KIT for applying the double-sided adhesive on the tube on which the mesh will then be glued (manually).

The bench can be used to cut to size blinds or other similar materials.
The machine is controlled by a PLC, the data necessary for processing is entered via a touch-screen panel. It is also possible to load the data through a barcode reader in order to eliminate any errors in the programming phase.
The current version is the result of years of updates following, in addition to the evolution of mechanics and systems, the advice and changes requested by users.
The bench is available in the version with a fixed magazine of 3 rolls (MOD. SR4), with an automatic magazine of 12 rolls inserted in the structure (MOD. SR4-12).
Furthermore, for those who need to use the bench also for the production of cutting mosquito nets, it is possible to integrate the bench with a drag measure of 6 meters and the insertion of the double-sided tape on the tube. DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic drilling machine for plissè mosquito nets production.

This machine is designed for the production of plissè on KIT.

After positioning the carriages, only around 15 seconds to complete up to 10 holes simultaneously.

From the panel you can select how many and witch drilling machines to use. This reduces the power consumption, component wear and makes the machine very flexible.

On request it is adaptable to various thicknesses of pleating (10, 15 and 20 mm).

The transition from one thickness to another is very simple, fast and does not require the use of tools.

The positioning of the drilling trolleys is facilitated by the millimetric line placed on the guide profile.

Drilling is performed by using a step/step motors. This allows total control over the speed of rotation by getting the best result with respect to the material to be drilled.

A series of pneumatic pressers maintains compact and in position the net during the drilling cycle.

Questa macchina è progettata per la produzione di plissè su KIT.

Dopo aver posizionato i carrelli, solo circa 15 secondi per completare fino a 10 fori contemporaneamente.

Dal pannello è possibile selezionare quante e quali trapani utilizzare. Ciò riduce il consumo energetico, l’usura dei componenti e rende la macchina molto flessibile.

A richiesta è adattabile a vari spessori di plissettatura (10, 15 e 20 mm).

Il passaggio da uno spessore all’altro è molto semplice, veloce e non richiede l’uso di attrezzi.

Il posizionamento dei carrelli di foratura è facilitato dalla linea millimetrica posta sul profilo guida.

La foratura viene eseguita utilizzando un motore passo-passo. Questo permette il controllo totale della velocità di rotazione ottenendo il miglior risultato rispetto al materiale da forare.

Una serie di pressori pneumatici mantiene compatta e in posizione la rete durante il ciclo di perforazione.
