Fabric cutting bench available in different versions:
– MT-DUAL – hybrid ultrasonic cutting / rotary blade
– MT-SONIC – ultrasonic cutting
– MT-ROT – rotary blade cutting
The MT-DUAL model is recommended as it is not always necessary to carry out the welding on all fabrics, therefore, using the rotary blade cutting reduces the wear of the ultrasonic apparatus and consequently the maintenance costs.
Using ultrasonic cutting on partially resinated materials, a light welding is performed simultaneously with the cutting, which prevents the weft of the fabric from flaking off.
The rotary blade cutter is used to cut fabrics that do not require micro welding.
Through a touch-screen panel it is possible to quickly set all the settings necessary for processing.
Manual positioning of the fabric on the work surface.
The worktop is equipped with a gauge bar with a meter to quickly position and squar the material.
For this model is also available a roll holder with translatable rollers to facilitate the positioning of the fabric.
Normally a useful cutting measure of 3 meters is provided with a 3 meter support bench.
All measurements are agreed with the customer during the order. This allows to obtain the maximum adaptability for each user.
