Description

Equipment available in various models:

  • EL1 – Simple frame for testing and testing blinds, roller blinds and the like.
  • EL2 – Frame for cutting and squaring fabrics for curtains Interior.
  • EL3 – Frame for cutting and squaring fabrics for curtains Interior for low ceilings.

 

Double stem frame for cutting, assembling and testing of curtains (Venetian blinds, interior curtains, etc.).

Supplied in manual push-button or automatic version with numerical control and data entry via touch-screen panel. In this version, you can use a barcode reader for entering cutting data.

Dimensions of the structure modifiable on request and relate to customer needs.

The convenience of reduced space is also utilized with the possibility of positioning the frame at any point of the company as the structure is self-supporting.
For large structures it is predisposed for wall fixing.

On request it is possible to install different types of fastening for fabrics.

To facilitate the interior fabrics cutting, EL2 and EL3 models are fitted with a trolley with a circular blade cutter.
The carriage is mounted on guides in hardened and chrome-plated steel to ensure maximum accuracy and limited wear over time.

Description

The LV3 is a cutting, bending and welding station for the production of resinous vertical curtains.

The machine is equipped with a loader for the winches, during the cycle will be automatically inserted.

The double clamp allows you to optimize production times. As a trolley keeps the curtain in tension to the desired size, the other carriage returns to the waiting position near the cutting point.

The machine is equipped with a PLC control that allows it to operate safely by combining ease of use and productivity thanks to the insertion of all data via a touch-screen panel.

All measurement and welding data are intuitive and easy to understand.

On request it is possible to install the program for the calculation of curtains for sloping ceiling.
By entering a few data the machine will automatically calculate the number of bands to cut and length.

CM3

Description CM3

The unit loads electronic springs for the production of insect screens.
It is available in two versions to adapt to different production methods.
The CM3 has a mobile “screwer” which allows you to work on the bench and load the spring directly inside the box.
Furthermore, the load-bearing structure of the control panel has a low weight, so it can be moved without major problems.
This version is equipped with a touch-screen panel for selecting the desired charge. It has 12 programmable memories that can be changed at any time by the operator to obtain maximum adaptability to any type of product.
The handle is obtained from a screwdriver modified to be fed continuously. In addition to guaranteeing an ergonomic handle, this ensures the possibility of continuous work without the need to recharge the batteries.
