This welding machine model is available in versions with useful welding of 3 or 4 meters.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, by means of a touch-screen panel, all the data necessary for welding.

Using a digital control it was possible to eliminate the door that protects the welding area in order to facilitate visibility during the machining cycle while maintaining the same level of safety.

For the production of mosquito nets, the roll holders for the 50 mm and 10 mm webbing are applied to the welding machine.

In addition to these operations, it is possible to weld the ZIP profile, join fabrics and weld other profiles.

For the production of roller blinds and blackout blinds, an automatic system has recently been added to the welding machine for the execution of a pocket with measures from 3,5 to 10 cm.

The depth of the pocket can be entered directly from the touch-screen without having to manually change anything on the welding machine (optional).

After placing the sheet in position, with a single “START” the complete folding and welding cycle is carried out.

The ST1S200 is a manual thermal welding machine dedicated to the production of mosquito nets.

The 220 V voltage and low consumption (2 kw) allows this welding machine to be used even in companies with small systems, while maintaining a high level of quality and quantity of welding.

The manual welding machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, by means of a touch-screen panel, the few data necessary to carry out the welding. There are no mechanical timers as they are subject to wear and could lead to reliability problems.

The welding machine is equipped with 1,5 m and 10 mm wide electrodes.
The fixed support bench is 3 meters long.
To increase the ease of use, it is possible to have the fixed support bench of 6 meters.

For the production of mosquito nets, it is possible to weld both the pocket on the bottom for the handle bar and the lateral reinforcements for the application of the windproof buttons. To allow this use, the roll holders for the 50 mm and 10 mm tape are applied to the machine.

To facilitate processing, the model with a mobile bench is available.
This version allows you to use the welding machine for the production of customized mosquito nets and in 6 m bars.

The ST6000 is a thermal welding machine (6 m useful welding in two steps) built to weld a 50 mm fiberglass tape pocket on a mosquito net, blackout or other similar materials for the application of the handle bar.

For the production of nets for the KIT (6 m), in addition to the webbing it is also possible to insert the fixing cord and it is possible to insert the handle bar each time that at the end of the cycle will be extracted together with the net.

On request, it is possible to adapt the simultaneous insertion of the box as well.

In this way, at the end of the cycle there will be no other steps to be carried out.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, via a comfortable touch-screen panel, the few data necessary for processing.

The welding machine can also be used for the production of customized mosquito nets.

Despite the size and the amount of work that this welding machine can carry out, the electrical consumption remains low (only 2 kw).

Description

The LVM1 is a semi-automatic cutting and welding station for resinated vertical curtains.

The machine is equipped with electronic control which allows you to set up, by means of a touch-screen panel, the few data needed for welding and measuring the two testheads of the tent.
It is also possible to insert light tolerance to the floor. In this way it is enough to enter the ceiling height measurement to automatically obtain the band width calculation.

The discharge bench is equipped with a pneumatic clamp for automatic pulling of the tent.

By adding the heat mold (optional) you can mark the soft fabric that will then be sewn.

Upon request, it is possible to install the program for cutting of inclined curtains (optional) with which, after inserting the few necessary data, the program will calculate independently the number of bands and length.

The structure is completely made of annodised structural aluminum profiles.
The drive carriage is mounted on tempered and chrome steel guides to ensure speed and precision.
