The unit loads electronic springs for the production of insect screens.
It is available in two versions to adapt to different production methods.
The CM3 has a mobile “screwer” which allows you to work on the bench and load the spring directly inside the box.
Furthermore, the load-bearing structure of the control panel has a low weight, so it can be moved without major problems.
This version is equipped with a touch-screen panel for selecting the desired charge. It has 12 programmable memories that can be changed at any time by the operator to obtain maximum adaptability to any type of product.
The handle is obtained from a screwdriver modified to be fed continuously. In addition to guaranteeing an ergonomic handle, this ensures the possibility of continuous work without the need to recharge the batteries.

Description CM2
The CM2 model is the fixed version for loading the springs before inserting them into the insect screen.
This allows you to store the springs already loaded and ready for assembly.
Unlike the CM3 model, this version must be fixed to a workbench.
