Automatic shearing machine
Description
The R1 is a machine for removing the removable part of the various bins used for the production of awnings
mosquito nets to allow the passage of the fabric.
The rollers that perform the tearing are self-adjusting, so the machine does not need any adjustment to switch between working on the box or on the side guides.
It is possible to use the machine both to work the whole 6 m box or you can decide to remove the waste after having cut the profile to the desired length.
During the removal of the waste, it is broken into small pieces and then falls into the collection tank.
All rollers and blades for cutting the chip are made of hardened and ground steel.
Being equipped with a large engine, it has no problem doing long work cycles.
An access door with interlocked switch prevents the operator from leaving moving parts during maintenance, cleaning or emptying the recovery tank.
