The manual bench BTM1 is a fabric cutting module such as: netting for mosquito nets, blackout fabrics, filtering fabrics or fabrics similar to those mentioned with a blade cut.

The machine is suitable for those who want to start a sheet replacement business or need to cut fabrics in a limited number.
It is possible to vary all the dimensions to adapt the bench to the end user as much as possible.
A small manual movement trolley equipped with a razor blade allows you to perform a perfectly linear cut.

The easy-to-clean PVC support surface is equipped with a stop for reference of the fabric size. It is also possible to apply millimeter lines to easily find the necessary measure.

Several options are available to adapt the counter to your needs, including:

• Strike parallel to the cut with handwheel and digital display for measurement;
• Trolley with battery-powered rotating blade cutter;
• “Cradle” roll holder with rollers;
• Cutting trolley motor.

The structure is completely made of structural aluminum profiles, therefore, even in the event of subsequent modifications it is very simple and practical.
It does not require any particular maintenance. A superficial cleaning will keep this equipment perfect for many years.
